Let’s just say we now know what to do

We built three corporate locations in just over three years. Why did we build so many? Because we had so much success with our first location, we kept on building. And with three locations, our model has evolved: we tweaked and tested it to make it stronger. We are never satisfied with the status quo.  We have built a rock solid foundation in preparation for franchising.

Too many franchise systems launch when an entrepreneur has had one successful location, built on the salesmanship, charisma or entrepreneurial fervor of the owner. But that isn’t scalable. With a franchise, you need proven, tested systems to follow.

Our years of experience in franchising have taught us this.

So what does this mean for you?

Tested systems in different areas with different populations.

Small market? Check. City market? Check. Population size of a territory? Check (our two White Rock locations are three blocks apart from each other!)

We have a solid foundation of capital.

Did you know that most franchise systems bootstrap it and struggle with capital until they reach 25+ franchise locations? Being an emerging franchisor with three successful locations provides us with the capital to not cut corners, not skimp on investment. Few emerging franchisors have this comfort.

We have already made and learned from our mistakes.

Building three clinics has allowed us to make a lot of mistakes. So when we provide you with our systems and give you advice on how to succeed, we know what we are talking about. Plus, we treat our corporate locations like franchise, which is something co-founder John DeHart learned when building Nurse Next Door. Our corporate locations pay royalties and brand fund fees just like our franchise partners do. We treat them the same. Why? Because we are building a franchise system, not a chain of corporate stores.
