We built three locations within our first three years in business.

We had so much success with our first location, that we decided to keep on building. As we did, our model evolved: we tweaked and tested it to make it stronger. We are never satisfied with the status quo, and we have worked hard to build a rock-solid foundation for franchising.

Too many franchise systems launch when an entrepreneur has had one successful location, built on the salesmanship, charisma or entrepreneurial fervor of the owner. Unfortunately, that type of business model isn’t scalable. In order to create a successful and profitable franchise, you need proven, tested systems for franchisees to follow so they can replicate your success.

We treat our corporate locations exactly like franchisees, which is something co-founder John DeHart learned when building Nurse Next Door. Our corporate locations pay royalties and brand fund fees just like our franchise partners do. Why? Because we are building a franchise system, not a chain of corporate stores.

Most franchise systems bootstrap it and struggle with capital until they reach 25+ franchise locations. We have the capital to set you up for success. Few emerging franchisors have this comfort.
