LIVE WELL will guide you through every step of the process, from learning about the brand experience to signing the franchise agreement and beyond.
We want to ensure that all of your questions are answered and that there is a good mutual fit. During our initial conversations, we will share with you more information about the LIVE WELL concept as well as gather some basic information from you. We want to understand more about you, your vision, and why you’re looking to join our franchise opportunity!
Once we determine you are a good fit for the franchise, we will have you submit a Formal Application for approval. Upon preliminary approval, you will be provided with a Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) at least 14 days before paying any franchise fees or signing any contracts. The FDD provides a summary of the business decisions, the franchise relationship, and additional details on the LIVE WELL franchise.
At this time you will get to join our Executive Conference Call with our Founder and CEO, Sara Hodson. This will be a great opportunity to meet Sara, the heart and soul of LIVE WELL, and learn more about our story, culture, and mission. You will also have the opportunity to ask Sara any questions you may have about the brand, the model, and the franchising support offered.
Once you’ve made it this far and have been offered the franchise, the next step is to reserve the territory you are interested in developing. Our partners at Franworth will help you secure a location for your clinic. If you have a territory in mind, you may want to act fast. These are available on a first-come-first-served basis, and they are going fast!
The next step is to come to our Discovery Day in Ann Arbor, Michigan, to meet Sara and the rest of the team. At our head office, you’ll meet key executives, tour our facility, watch part of a session, and get a behind-the-scenes look at what it’s like to own a LIVE WELL Exercise Clinic.
At this point, you will be ready to sign the Franchise Agreement! Our legal team will draft a franchise agreement for you to review, which will include pertinent information on territory and boundaries, the length of the agreement, costs and fees, support and training, and more. Franchise fees will be due at this time.
Congratulations – you are now a franchise partner!
