Every week we host a live information session that will answer most of the preliminary questions candidates have when first learning about our franchise opportunity. The information session is conducted over the telephone and typically lasts 45-60 minutes. To reserve a spot on the next call, please contact us.
Step 2 – First Interview
This 45-minute telephone
interview allows us to learn about you and to assess whether there is a
good fit. Should this conversation go well, we will start the process of
Step 3 – Market Study
It’s important to
understand the competitive landscape and market conditions in the
territory you have identified. In this step, you will complete a
confidential qualification form and a market survey form.
Step 4 – Budget Review
Once you have a solid
understanding of your competition and market, it’s time to start
crunching the numbers. In this step, you will complete a break-even
analysis and three-year cash flow projections. You will also review the
Franchise Disclosure Document.
Step 5 – Second Interview
If all goes well and you
meet our candidate requirements you will receive an invitation to attend
a Second Interview Day at our head office in Vancouver, BC. During that
day you will meet key executives, tour our clinics, watch part of an
exercise session, and get a look behind the scenes at LIVE WELL.
Step 6 – Territory Reservation
Should you be offered a
franchise, you will then need to reserve the territory you are
interested in developing. You will execute a Reservation Agreement which
reserves the selected territory for three weeks while we complete the

Our legal team will draft your franchise agreements for your review. At this time, payment of franchise fees will be due.
Process complete – you are now a Franchise Partner!
